Hello there, I hope you've enjoyed visiting my website. I wanted to take just a minute to let you know a little more about myself and CapStone Real Estate. After all, deciding to sell or purchase a home is a big decision and not one that you want to entrust to a complete stranger.

For the first twelve years of my career I worked in the technology sector with two local Fortune 500 companies and a couple of small start-ups. I held multiple positions including leading sales, product development, and marketing teams. After surviving more lay-offs than I care to remember I finally decided to take the plunge and begin working in Real Estate which had always been a strong interest of mine. In fact, I originally studied Architecture in college before getting a Bachelor's degree in Business and a Master's in Organizational Management.

I currently live in Springville with my wife Katie and our three adorable children. Jacob is 10 and has more energy than should be allowable. His little sister, Avery, is 7 and is as sweet as can be. Zachary is 5, and is our newest addition. We hope he survives the other two!

Since joining CapStone Real Estate I have been able to transition the skills and experiences in sales, marketing and technology from my previous experience to the Real Estate market and ensure my clients get the best possible service-whether buying or selling. CapStone is a full-service brokerage based in Utah County that sells more than 300 homes each year. And while we've garnered the reputation of being the premier brokerage for new construction developments, we also handle the sales and marketing of many residential, commercial and multi-family housing units each year.

You have probably noticed that I don't refer to myself as a "Sales Agent." Sure, I sell homes and help people buy homes, but the process is so much more than just buying and selling. I want to help you understand every step of the process and allow you to make an informed decision. So I prefer to call myself a Real Estate Consultant, because I want to ensure a wonderful and profitable experience, regardless of the service you need.
